Who owns the domain name — you or me?
You do, always. The domain is registered in your name, under your own registrar account, with you as the registrant contact. I get DNS access only, and every login is handed to you in writing on the day the site goes live. If you ever want to work with someone else, you take the domain with you and nothing breaks.
What parts of my business can you automate?
The best starting points are repetitive, rules-based tasks such as capturing enquiries, notifying your team, saving lead details, confirming bookings, sending reminders, requesting reviews, preparing draft quotes, and producing simple reports. I first look at how you work now, then recommend one useful workflow instead of automating everything for the sake of it.
Will AI contact customers without me checking it?
Only where that is appropriate and agreed upfront. Straightforward confirmations and reminders can run automatically, while quotes, unusual questions, complaints, and sensitive messages can require human approval or be handed to a person. The goal is to save time without giving up control.
Can you connect WhatsApp to bookings and enquiries?
Yes, depending on the workflow and the tools involved. This can include lead alerts, booking confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. Business messaging should use approved services and follow consent and privacy requirements, so any third-party platform fees are explained before the build starts.
What does a small business website cost?
Websites start from R2,000 once-off, plus R200 a month for hosting and maintenance. That starter package gets you a simple one-page or small brochure site with your info and a WhatsApp or contact button, kept online, secure, and up to date. From there, the price moves up as you add features: more pages, photo galleries, booking or enquiry forms, payments, a chatbot, admin tools, and so on. You'll always get a fixed quote before I start — no hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end.
How long does it take?
It depends on the project. Simple sites can be ready in a matter of days. Bigger builds take longer, and the timeline also depends on how quickly photos, copy, and feedback come through — so it moves faster when those are ready.
My site is broken or out of date. Can you fix it instead of rebuilding?
Usually yes, and it's cheaper. If it just needs a booking button, a DNS fix or updated content, I'll patch what's there rather than sell you a rebuild you don't need.
Where do you work?
I'm based in St Francis Bay, South Africa, but the work is not limited by location. I work remotely with clients across South Africa and internationally, with calls, progress updates, and project reviews handled online.
